Discovery:
Discovery begins in an introductory meeting with our team. We’ll get to know each other, establish project goals together and discuss a budget based on needs and desires before moving toward a formal agreement.
Pre Con:
Covers all planning leading up to the start of construction. Our pre-construction process acts as a resource to clients, designers and architects by providing constructability feedback, estimates and coordination. As we work in tandem, we lay the groundwork for a smooth and efficient project. It is critical for our entire team to participate in this opening phase.
Construction:
Focuses on execution: schedule management, quality control, budget tracking, coordination with our trusted trade partners, and of course, consistent communication with the client each step of the way.
Post Construction:
Ensures the project is complete to the satisfaction of both the client and the builder. We take our commitment to genrational home-building seriously. So along with commissioning, we provide a warranty, maintenance and repair support for the life of the home.
